The ultimate goal is to be able to dance Argentine Tango, a
rich and complex improvisational dance, where dancers dance the melody of the
music. In order to achieve this, you will start with learning fundamentals of
posture and movement to a variety of rhythms (Merengue, Rhumba, Cha, etc.) with
and without a partner.
Couples dancing skills are a must for a variety of reasons. Partnering increases sensitivity to
another individuals' personal space while building trust and interdependence without verbal communication.
