Support Arts a la Carte

Thank you for your willingness to support the movement arts in Johnson County.  In order to exist, we depend on your generosity.  Arts a la Carte is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. We acknowledge all charitable contributions for tax purposes.

2. Please donate to the Arts a la Carte Endowment Fund. Our endowment fund is located within  the Community Foundation of Johnson County, which entitles you to a special Iowa tax discount! 

Make your check payable to:  The Community Foundation of Johnson County, with "Arts a la carte endowment fund" stated on the memo line.

How it works:  as an incentive beyond the regular federal deduction for charitable gifts, the State of Iowa allows a special 20% discount for donations to endowment funds within the Community Foundation of Johnson County.  This discount can be deducted from your Iowa income tax.  (For example, if you donate $1000 to the Arts a la Carte Endowment Fund, your Iowa tax will be lowered by $200 [or 20%].)
